We have a very professional QC team. They test raw materials, production processes, and finished products. They have to ensure that every product performs well before sending it to customers.
Quality Control Procedures
IQC is incoming quality control, which means QC of incoming materials. IQC directs from the passive inspection to active control, and quality control will be moved forward, to help suppliers improve the quality of internal control levels. Finally, it reduces the defect rate and procurement cost for customers effectively. The quality of the LCD assembly is not only affected by the quality of spare parts like LCD, digitizer, frame, etc., but also by the QC ability of each company.

When Apple introduced the 11.3 system, all of Chinese LCD assembly could not be used. Our engineers accelerated research and development after learning of the news, and launched a LCD upgrade program on the third day after receiving the customer's mailing. We sent the upgrade machine to customer,the customer needs only a very simple operation,then our screen can be applied to the new system.
